Take a lot service pathetic

I ordered a book via Take a lot on 24 August and requested next day delivery on 25 August at an extra R95. I received confirmation that delivery will be done before 17:00 on the 25th. At 15:15 I called Take a lot and informed them that I will be leaving the delivery address at 16:00. The agent informed me that I need not worry I will receive it before 16:00. Nothing was delivered. At 17:58 I called Take a lot again to enquire about why nothing was delivered and why I was not contacted in this regard. She said that she did not know why the delivery failed. She wanted me to stay on the line so that she could find out what happened. I requested her to rather call me back . That never happened!!!

Till now I have no book and do not know what is going on. They took my money. I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. And they dont come back to you as promised. Rather pathetic. Bad service delivery at best. I do not expect to be inconvenienced and also paying for the inconvenience.
