Take a lot Service and return policy is *******

Hello All I bought a laptop and printer that came with accessories from take a lot but after two weeks the laptop stopped working then I logged a return. They came and fetched the laptop then they told me my return had been declined cause I need to bring back all the accessories so I asked the lady that I called she said I must log a return for the accessories and they will combine the stuff they cam and fetched it. Then they brought my laptop back I called them they said I must send it back again they will combine with the accessories, but it has been a nightmare they have lost my accessories nobody knows where they are and they are telling me they can’t take the laptop without accessories so I am stuck I call everyday they tell me they are investigating but nothing is getting done and I am stuck with laptop that’s not working at all their policy is unfair a laptop is broken but you need to bring back everything. Oh they told me they don’t keep notes and they don’t know what is happening at the warehouse so I am getting ripped of R6000 gosh and I call and email everyday
