Take A Lot ****s it's customers by not letting you cancel an order

I wanted to order a book through them but then after watching in interview with the author decided I didn't want the book. So I tried to cancel my order. There was no way of canceling it so I reached out to their customer service explained my problem and requested a cancel of the order. I was the informed that because it had already been processed I wouldn't be able to cancel it. But I would need to wait for an sms with the delivery date and they could help me then.... That sms never came instead the book got delivered. I then decided I'd just return the book. Well then I see this book is non-refundable!
