Take a lot rip people off

I ordered Carol boyes cereal bowls and side plate, and a Le crueset mussel pot, which I received the pot and side plates but I didn't receive my bowls. When I contact them since last week saying they will refer my issue but still waiting, I have been in contact with 3 people but nothing has been done yet. They have asked for the box photo and things I received which I did send. I just want my money back now because I am not happy at all with their services. It's like they ripping people off.
