Take a lot rip me off

I bought a cartridge black and also the other one in mix color. I received my order and started inserting the cartridge in the Printer and the printing was blank , that means the cartridge is not producing ink. I then requested the return because of the above mentioned reason. So they said my request has been declined because the item was not sealed when it was returned. Now my question is. How was I going to use the seal cartridge? Because the reason for return it’s because the stupid cartridge doesn’t have ink. I’m so disappointed. I don’t even think the did quality check to prove that the cartridge doesn’t dispense ink.
