Take a Lot rescheduling delivery dates then refuses you to collect at a depo with proper ID and order #

I am very upset I live in Kathu NC, I received a message saying my parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Monday is now scheduled for tomorrow. I drove to the branch so I can collect my parcel today just to hear from very unhelpful people that even though I have the order number and original ID document they won't give me my parcel and I need to reschedule delivery. Now why on earth if I have my ID document and order number won't they give me my parcel. When I asked can I then reschedule for today the answer is no I can only reschedule tomorrow. When asked why, because I have all details and proof its my parcel the lady said its to protect both parties, which I also don't understand cause there is proof that it is my order and there is a barcode on the parcel that they can scan, which she again rep**** sorry I can only scan that barcode tomorrow. Your call centre was also a waste of time. Very frustrated because take a lot reschedules delivery times informs you a day before and then when you are not at home that day you must reschedule. This is nonsens my parcel is there and I can't get it even with proper identification. Very disappointed what more proof do you need. Yet anyone can sign for your parcel then its not a problem no need for an Id then.
