Take a Lot - reject pump return

Purchased a swimming pool from Take a lot. The pump worked for 8 hours, I logged a return. Take a lot collected the broken pump. After 27 days (and me following up constantly ) by means of email and phoning, requesting a manager return my call which never happens... I receive an email that states.... Claim rejected.... No reason or feedback.
