Take a lot refuses to publish poor experience from public eyes,

I recently purchased a device on take a lot, I received the item and it looked nothing like it was advertised, the item advertised was branded with the company logo , the device I received had none, also there was supposed to be a branded pouch with device, there was bonus at all, I decided to give a review on my disappointment on the very visible discrepancy from what I purchased to what was delivered, take a lot rejected my review stating reviews are to be only about the product, such as “characteristics, usefulness, look and feel” how does one give reviews on a product when you not even sure about its authenticity. Why reject a review instead of apologise for the experience and advice they will investigate , instead they silence me by rejecting my review as now it is not made public yet they say they going to investigate the authenticity of the product, it makes me question is this a counterfeit, have all the other buyers been deceived like myself . I simultaneously sent an email to Willou Cosmetics to inform them and requested how their devices can be authenticated as the ones advertised are branded but the delivered device has nothing indicating that this is indeed a Willou device.
