Take a lot Refund outstanding!! Wrong product delivered!!!

Terrible service. We ordered an item and the wrong item was delivered. More than a week later we still dont have the correct item or refund of our funds. When we keep calling and following up we are told that it will be escalated. This morning the call centre told us that this matter has not received any further attention since 21 December. As a last resort we are posting here hoping to get actual assistance and customer service!! Terrible service!! It is frightening to see all the other complaints about refunds not being processed. And it does not seem that complaints of paying customers is something you actually worry about. It just gets dropped to the bottom of your to do list.
