Take a Lot - Refund not processed

I requested a refund from Take a lot on the 17 November, on the 19 November it reflected as refund processed. I received no refund and today when I queried it, they tell me that is a manual process that needs to be processed. I need these funds for my month end budget and now I must wait how long for the "manual refund" to be processed. The last time it took nearly 3 months for a refund to be processed. I will never order on Take a Lot again. This service is shocking.
