Take a lot REFUND !!!

We bought a robot vacuum cleaner. On the web page it says 30 days refund and exchange guarantee. We have tried the product and after 5 days we decided it is not what we want. We submitted return and next day early in the morning they collected the machine.

They say the machine was not supposed to be use! We have sent them their webpage and answer was so un professional. They are going to fix their webpage.

According to them because we use the robot vacuum it is in unusable condition!! I didn't clean the mob, because they came to collect very early and even if I washed it they have to put a new one into a box. They cannot sell a used mob.

It has been 15 and we heard nothing. They have both our money and the product! We want them to make a refund as they promoted!

Please help us to sort out this problem. We have only 48 hours left for the payment
