Take a Lot purchase - Lenovo Tab M10 (ZA4K) 10.1" 32GB LTE Tablet

I AM FURIOUS!! with the service or rather lack thereof with regards to a Lenovo tablet I purchased from Take a Lot! The tablet malfunctioned a few months after I purchased it and I requested a complete refund.

My refund request was accepted and the tablet was collected only to be returned to me 4 days later with NO reason as to why! I called the customer care and no feedback on the refund decline could be given on the call and to this day no email was sent to me with an explanation!

In what world do they think its ok to refuse a refund or even an option to repair or replace a product that is still under a warranty!! I bought this in May 2022 so the 1 year warranty is for sure still valid.

People be warned! I paid R2800 not nothing and Take a Lot does not give a flying ****!!
