Take a lot poor service.

I ordered an instant heater 4 times and they kept on sending the incorrect item on the 4th time when I logged a return, they decided to close the request with out informing me or refunding me, until today the 23rd September while they collected on the 6th September 2024. I honestly don't understand them.
