Take a lot poor service

I am battling since 30/12/2020 to get my refund from Takealot. I have phoned them so many times without luck, the only answer they give you is that they will follow up and get back to you, but it never happens and if you trying to phone them again you speak to a different person because it is a call center, so the whole process starts again. They do inform you that they will forward you a mail to reply to if you want to contact the person directly to who you have spoke to, but they also do not reply to your mail.
