Take a lot poor service

Struggle to return a product that has a default. According to the take a lot team there was no one at home to collect. But they will always phone to make sure someone is at home or you can track the deliver via the tracker. Not in this case. Very dissipointed in the way they handled my query even after numeours calls and emails.
