Take a lot pathetic service

Im so frustrated by the service provided by the Take a lot delivery team. They promised to deliver Thursday after i specifically told them im going on leave on Friday. They never pitched , never called and did not bother sending an email. I had to go to track my order to find out they are having a lot of orders are not gonna deliver and mot even sure when they will deliver. This is pathetic i stayed the whole day at home on Thursday waiting for a delivery that never took place. Worst of all that is my daughters tablet and if i don’t receive it now she won’t be able to get her Christmas presence. So much for a pathetic service.
