TAKE A LOT Paid order delivery canceled without my consent

I have placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on 10/11/2023 but I have never received it, it was canceled. I received an sms saying that my order will be delivered before 5 pm on the given date. Then I received another sms saying that they tried to deliver but they failed. So the delivery was rescheduled for 13/11/2023. On the 13th of November 2023 I received an sms saying that my order will be be delivered before 5 pm and on the same day I received an sms that they failed to deliver. When I checked my emails my order was canceled and the dress was sent back to the warehouse. My account got refunded but the amount is now less than the amount that I have initially paid. I have never received a call from the delivery guys on both attempts of delivery. So this simply means that the person who was responsible to deliver did not do his job now I have to suffer the consequences.
