Take-a-lot-of-your-money!

I bought a Gizzu battery from Takealot last year. A Year later it doesn't work anymore. I logged a replacement (as the item is still under warranty) but they didn't send me a new one - they just credited my account. However, they oinky credited the portion which I actually paid with my credit card. R1300 was paid in vouchers/ credit I had at the time and they won't give this portion back to me. This is theft in my eyes - it is not my fault that I had to log a return/ replacement. Won't be buying stuff on Takealot again if they take money from you
