Take a lot of your money

Long before the lockdown i ordered an item, which did not come. A week after lockdown was announced they contact me by a mail to tell me they canceled my order. No prior communication that it would be. I was not even given the choice to suspend the order till after lockdown or to a time where i could actually pick it up. They said they would give me a credit, which they sort of did. They credit me far below to what i paid for my item and delivery fees. They later said they would refund me and still claim till today that they have. I drew a 3 months bank statement which proves different. I have no record on my statement that they did a refund.

I also pointed out to them that my item is deemed “not essential” but protein shakes are deemed “essential” And their response is just a generic “ yes we are told what is good to sell and what is not”.

All they give you is lies and false truths. They will never contact you by phone or really answer your questions if you ask them questions. They cat foot around it.

They will also not give a dame about their clients as they would not even bother to tell you about their doings and will just cancel your orders with no notice and then just keep your money or “refund” you far below of your total you paid.
