Take a lot of time to deliver things

This is the worst service every. My book was ordered on the 12 April 2023 and should be delivered on the 7 may .I received an email now saying that my book will be delivered on the 14 May .I have assignment due for the 9 may , now I will be failing this due to this lazy ness of take a lot .This will cost me my year (this is year module + r3000 in registration fees . Hope take a lot is happy.
