Take a lot of time ...change your name!

I have been waiting for a while for my parcel to be delivered that was supposed to be in the middle of December, Christmas gifts I ordered, after phoning and fighting I tracked my order and was due to get it today, got a message this morning that my parcel will be delivered today and it has just changed to the 27th!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When amazon opens in February you guys are going to suffer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
