Take a lot of SH*T

I placed an order on the 8th of December, expected delivery 10th. On the 10th I get an email telling me about a replacement order. I call. I get told that my order was mysteriously cancelled no valid reason or reasonable explanation. Then the consultant, a lady by the name of Cristophona has the audacity to laugh out loud at me on the phone. Anyway empty promise number one they say they'll fix it she spoke to her teamleader a mr fransman and I'll get my order first thing in the morning. The 11th. Midday on the 1th I call and who would have guessed that said promise was not honoured. There's a whole lot of we cant this and we cant that and another promise that I'll get my order by Saturday. Saturday comes inget a call from a driver confirming my address and I dont know what the purpose of that confirmation was because oh wow. Today is Tuesday and still no order delivered. Near in mind replacement order said it would b delivered by monday. It was through alot of pleas from me that I tried to get my ordered delivered by the time I need it. Oh well. I just cancelled and all they have to say is sorry about that. Sorry about what?? Sh*tty worthless useless service???? I'm the one who is sorry. For having wasted my time with a sh*tty service provider. They csnt even pretend to genuinely care about the sh*t
