TAKE A LOT OF ******* - WE HAVE A LOT OF MONEY

The worst service ever!!! I ordered a phone that has a description stating its a dual sim, paid express delivery as its been two weeks with a phone. I use the phone a lot and cant afford anymore time without one. Phone delivered is a single and no one at take a lot is bothered about this nor is there anyone willing to assist. Marvin the manager was supposed to call me back, he didn't. I called and I was told he cant come to the phone he's busy. The agent I spoke to told me that her team leader told her to drop the call so that she can escalate the matter. Till now no one has bothered to get back to me. I have a few solutions but I am given robot answers. I NEED A PHONE !!!! CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME
