Take a lot of *******!!!

Absolutely shocked

I purchased and paid for an Item on the 14th of March understanding full well that it would be shipped and delivered latest on the 20th.

On the 17th I got notification that the item would be delivered on the 18th to my doorstep

18th I waited the whole day only to receive email that they could not find me therefore delivery was not effected.

19th Again I got an email saying they had attempted to deliver and had now decided to cancel the order.

When I contacted them to ask where the item was as, all of a sudden I was told the item is nolonger in stock and I was welcome to order any other as I had been credited.

When I go to the site the item is nolonger available all similar items are 500 rands more than what I purchased originally.

It is obvious to me that the item was never in stock in the first place, the hasty cancellation was to cover up this mishap but no one is coming out to speak the truth and duly compensate me for that error.

They have this fascination with crediting my accounts when that is not what I want I need the item.

I have spoken to one Delmare M and one Adam H both who keep taking me from one thing to another.

I really thought this Takealot would be better than this, this is the sort of ******* one avoids from online platforms.

Having been my first purchase on the platform I will not and can never recommend this ******* to anyone else.
