Take-a-lot of orders and can't fulfil or deliver or give answers....

I ordered a pair of DC shoes, when the package came it looked a bit small, so I opened it, inside was a pair of Levi jeans so I rejected the order and got on the phone with them.

They were "sincerely" apologetic and tracked my parcel to the Kempton Park depot, I was told it would be rectified and be delivered the same day... I waited and waited and eventually had to leave work as the shop was closing. Before I left, I called again and was told the driver was on route to Spartan, I explained I couldn't wait and was assured that it would be delivered to my home address the next day (Saturday) and still nothing.

I have spoken to 6 different people who assured me it would be resolved and still nothing, (the one lady wanted to send me more jeans after explaining and explaining that I did not order jeans). all you get is a generic email apologising for the inconvenience and delay and that it will be escalated to the correct department, and someone will be in contact soon...
