Take a lot of ********* business practices

I have been ordering products both for my business and personal for over 15 years. Cannot count the amount of money I have spent with them. Recently returned 2 items as they were impossible to figure out how to work and did not do as advertised. High value items. They declined the return based on the fact that the packaging was opened. How are you supposed to check the product without opening the plastic bag. The fact they supply products in bags that cannot be re-sealed is a manufacturing issue. The level of ********* business practices in this is next level. I will not accept this and will proceed with legal action
