Take a Lot not trustable

After many years of buying my last purchase Take a lot has been very Disappointing, I bought 1 Litre Printing Ink it was advertised as Compatible with my Brother Printer however it does not print at all totally defective, Take a lot sent me an email stating not returnable, i return it the very next day not happy at all will be raking them to court defective product. I first contacted them on 11 June 2025, requesting a replacement as per the Consumer Protection Act, which entitles me to a suitable remedy within six months of purchase or meet me in court with where all legal cost will be claimed as well
