Take A Lot not replacing damaged goods that they delivered.

I bought a T.V from take a lot on line, it was delivered and i never opened the box when it was delivered ( I have never had any problems in the past) as i was doing security upgrades in my entertainment area where the T.V would go. I kept the T.V safely stored in the box in my bedroom for a couple of weeks. When it came time to install the T.V I opened the box and removed the T.V only to find that it was damaged. I immediately reported this to take a lot requesting that they replace the damaged T.V, they scheduled a collection which they did not keep to, it took them more that 3 days to collect the damaged T.V. They collected it and inspected it and have now rejected my request for them to replace the T.V saying that it was past the 7 day period to report a damaged item. I find this totally unacceptable as the product was delivered to me damaged and now they cannot accept this. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TAKE A LOT, they deliver damaged goods and will not replace it, they hide behind their returns policy.
