Take a lot not reachable

I have called Take a lot twice and after selecting the option, it rings and phone is quiet. I held on for long time and no one answered. This has happened on lots occassions before. I logged a return MRRN-CW49J - BOO9. This product was too bog. I want to exchange it for the product in my basket 6 Light Satin Gold Chandelier, product code CH508/6 GD/SM, but I want the voucher that I used on my returned item, to be used for my replacement item. Please can someone assist, as no one is answering your phones.
