Take a lot not giving a lot about customers

I have placed 2 orders with Take alot one order arrived and the bigger one is still to arrive and no one can give me a clear indication or an answer when its supposed to come its not even shipped yet ,all consultants tell you is that they will escalate the matter, its not like im getting free stuff here its goods i paid for and no one is giving an answer what happened to my order or goods. The service stinks and they not even communicating with you on what is the cause of delay .
