TAKE-A-LOT NON-DELIVERY

I purchased some consumable items (Order #***4) on the 18th of May 2020 and promised delivery by 17h00 on the 27th May 2020. Today is the 04th June 2020 and I still have not received my order. I have sent queries to their help line four times and the responses I get are just that they will look into it and revert back, nothing else thereafter. Their online delivery tracking system currently shows delivery of my order for the 27th May 2020,
