Take a lot - NO service at all

I ordered Verity the gold book which is a limited edition from Mr Delivery who get their stock from Take a lot… they delivered it to me and it was the wrong version of it, so I sent it back. I then ordered it off take a lot and the once again the wrong version came, so I called and spoke to a gentleman who told me that he would sort it out so they came to collect the wrong one and they brought me a new delivery which was the incorrect one again!!! So that is 3 incorrect deliveries….. I can’t get hold of anyone ever message I send is from a bot!
