Take a lot next day delivery *****

I have been products from Take a Lot and having them delivered to my work address all the time with no problems.

Last night (5th of March), I purchased any item as a gift to a friend so I wanted to have it delivered by the next day (6th of March). I payed an extra R 95 to make sure that happens.

At 14:00 I receive an SMS that they tried to deliver the order but couldn't deliver because they could not find the address (mind you they had just delivered a parcel from Superbalist earlier in the morning to the same "UNKNOWN" address).

As at 17:00 they haven't called to confirm the address as they said they would on the SMS. My guess is it's because they know exactly where it is!!

So what will happen to my extra payment of paying for a service I did not receive, not to mention the great in-convenience to me.?????
