TAKE A LOT NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker from TAKE A LOT. When I received the speaker it was faulty. I returned the speaker TOGETHER with the initial cables, just in a different package, as I throw the INITIAL box away.

Take a lot is now REFUSING to exchange the faulty speaker as they CLAIM I have not returned the Aux and USB cable with the faulty speaker!

I feel that their return and delivery service security should be made more strict to avoid situations like this. They do not take a photo upon delivery or pick up nor do they ask you to sign when you receive the package or when you have to send it back.

NOW they have the audacity of continuing accusing me of not returning all the the items and are refusing to exchange the faulty speaker. I have been dealing with this issue since the 30th of October 2020. It has been a month and NO SOLUTION only ACCUSATIONS.

NOW I HAVE A FUALTY SPEAKER, NO CABLES AND A HEADACHE!!!!!
