Take a lot must FALL!

This is possibly the worst experience when it comes to a simple delivery to my door. 21 days after my order was placed and this is my story: I have a basic address where I have orders delivered to my door weekly without fail. Take a lot send out drivers that can not operate a GPS, ask you to call them back because they are running out of data, fail to tell you their truck was hijacked so my order got ******, ask you to direct them to your home from an unknown location, don't know basic landmarks in your area like a shopping mall, call you and tell you they don't deliver to your area (this was attempt number 6) and after my husband just received a Take a lot order the day before to the same address. We live in Bedfordview - who doesn't deliver to this very well know suburb? I then had to cancel my order and not once was I given the option to collect my order even after asking several times via email and phone call. I will NEVER order from Take a lot again and I will ensure to tell everyone I know the shocking service I received. Take a lot must FALL!!!!!!!
