MRRN-96G4K-JRGJ )(HAGENZ 7.6L With Window 2000W Air Fryer - I logged a return as i started to struggle to get the basket back in and when i open the basket the air fryer does not turn off. I bought this air fryer in March. I logged a return last week upon which the air fryer was collected on Monday. Only to hear it has been declined due and i quote "damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product" - they send me photos of the element which first of all has nothing to do with my claim! You cannot clean the element.....the clip on the basket is exactly why i cannot close the air fryer. If Take a lot should take a loo a lot at the rest of the air fryer they would see there is not a scratch on the air fryer on any of the parts. I look after my stuff as i work very hard to buy them! I put my food in the fryer, i cook them, i remove the food and i clean it with warm water, soap and a soft cloth.....so how in this world is this negligence or abuse? I have rep**** to the mail requesting the above to be explained with no reply, i have also asked for a managers details in this regard also no reply!!!!!!!!!!!!
