Take a lot motorbike driver hit and run

I was in an accident this morning stound 9am with a take a lot driver, a foreign national who refused to give me his license details daud he doesn't have license or papets. I took photos of his motorbike and number plate and went to the head office in Durban. The office staff were unhelpful saying the bike was not registered with them. I am opening a case of hit and run hoping for results.
