Take A Lot, More like take my money and make me wait for nothing.

I had a terrible case with take a lot, I ordered some lights for my car and waited for them to deliver. it was a cash-on-delivery type deal, but I had to drive home to wait for them at my address. Now at home, I waited for them to come and deliver yet no one came. On a bathroom break, I came back and checked my phone, and **** there were missed calls. No doorbell or any other way to try to contact me. Now slightly annoyed i called their call centers to try see if they can just deliver at another time in the day, keeping in mind this is all before 2pm. All of the call center employees didn't resolve anything and when they did see that the order was not there they simply hung up. tow offered to call the distribution center and call me back but they did no such thing. I have been left now to wait even more and cancel my working day tomorrow instead to wait by my phone for hours just in case they come. Honestly couldn't have been a bigger waste of time or of my own money.
