Take a lot more give you so much less

I'm a take a lot more member, I placed an order and was promised next day delivery, prior to that I placed a separate order and received that order this morning, but the one promised today hasn't arrived, it's paid for, but hasn't arrived, instead the driver states I was unavailable to accept the order. Utter bull.
