Take a lot ****mers

20 Feb 2025 i bought and paid for 4 skin products from take a lot, i also paid for same day pick up but the package was ready for collection on the next day, i them went to pick it up on 21 Feb 2025 and when i got home i they had packed a flask with 2 cups so on Monday I returned the wrong package and asked for the right one to be packed and delivered, i was then only credited for 1 item instead of 4, i have emailed take a lot countless times, i tried to log a complaint on their app but nobody assists me, take a lot ****** me off my hard earned money, take a lot is a **** and it is very disappointing because I have been their customer for years!!! i am no longer buying anything from them!!!
