TAKE a LOT ****med me

On the 19 March 2023 I bought some items at take a lot and the estimated delivery date was 23 March 2023. On the day tracker showed they are at pick up point but I didn't get the email but went anyway when I got there they were not showing on the system they physically look and found one box instead of two.we opened the box and the was incorrect but she couldn't release the box because it's not showing on the system so I didn't get any of my items.

Ever since then I have been calling take a lot all they say I must grant then an opportunity to investigate and they will come to me,they never came back me. Now I want my refund they also refusing to refund me. So now paid for nothing at Take a lot.please help me get my money .
