Take a lot - Luna Chair

I am so disappointed in the service and feedback of take a lot. Ordered a Luna wooden chair by them...actually 14 in total, but when I finally came to assemble the chairs after renovating home, we had one chair that came with no brackets A, B or C. I emailed them and said I don't want to give chair back, please provide me with brackets only. Then they came with that 7 day policy return ****...well Take a lot...false product advertising, half a product, **** service!!!
