Take a lot keep on cancelling orders

I placed several orders with Take a Lot with the first order they canceled the order and the consultant told me to make alternative arrangements for items. after a big fight, they sorted the order a couple of days later. No they told me on my second order they are canceling the order as their supplier once again does not have stock but why does the system allow you to order, then they take your money and after days go past they tell you, sorry our supplier does not have stock. No one is will to assist or try and arrange something similar as all they want to do is say we apologize every time but nothing solved the problem
