Take a lot is trash

I placed an order on the 29th of November worth R14k, yet I have only received earpods worth R200 on the 1st of December.

For the rest of my stuff I just received am email stating there were delays with no further clarity.

Its the 13th of December and I still don't have my staff. I have been calling take a lot throughout the week to get clarity on when my staff will be delivered and they keep lying saying my staff is ready to be dispatched.

Their call center is so pathetic, you have to wait on the line for 15min before anyone can answer and then when they finally pick up they don't have answers on the delivery.

I am really sick of their lies at this stage and I just want my money back.

I sent various emails yesterday as well and one of them rep**** saying I will receive my order by 5pm today yet I have not received any notification that my stuff is out for delivery and their stupid app does not even show any movement.

Some of your consultants are saying I should expect my things on Tuesday the 17th, which further proves that they are ****s.

I will not be in Joburg next week so I asked them to please cancel the order and give me back my money.

Yet I am hearing stories that I should wait for a text saying my order is out for delivery then I must call them to cancel.

I have never been so disrespected and undermined in my entire life.
