Take a Lot is **** PERIOD

I bought Christmas gifts from Take a lot and was not used due to us going away on holiday. Items was purchased in Dec and we left 21 Dec, opened the gifts but left it at home. On our return on the 11th Jan 2020 the following day my wife realized the perfume is defective and now they say not legible for return. One month has passed. This is rediculous and unacceptable as it's a full bottle of perfume. How do you expect me to test a gift and there was no need to take it with on holiday as she has others to use. Then your call centre agent still has attitude and tells me my story makes no sence. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP
