Take-a-lot is a sham.

I purchased a iphone 13 pro max from takealot as they were running a special stating, if i preordered the phone i would receive a R1000.00 voucher to spend on takealot. I went on to order and receive the phone but there was no voucher. I called and sent numerous emails to follow up on the voucher but no knew about this promotion. So i decide to return the phone back for a full refund. The phone was received and accepted after which i got confirmation that the refund was processed.

I have still not received my money back and all the consultants i have dealt with are either rude or ill informed. I spoke to a lady by the name of Deney.M and she was so rude to me on the phone, i couldn't believe it.
