Take a lot is a ****

I am very disappointed and angry right now with Take a lot and i dont ever think i will purchase anything from them again. Due to this loadshedding that’s been happening i purchased a Inverter, UPS, Gel Battery and Battery charger to them. Their inverter was making a loud Beeping noise that we couldn’t stop during loadshedding and the UPS status wasn’t turning green during loadshedding it was useless for me to keep the items because i wasn’t happy. Mind you i had already thrown all the Take a lot boxes that they came with, so i thought it wont be a problem getting a take a lot driver to come fetch them so that i can for other UPS or inverter cos i wasn’t happy with those brands. Got an email that UPS was missing accessories and im at fault.

No one is communicating with me as too investigating or maybe checking cameras when the driver arrived at the Warehouse with my staff.No refund has been made for the other things i purchased while waiting for Investigation being made…i am really hurt because what would i do with accessories without UPS.
