I ordered a vacuum cleaner upon delivery I received the container with no pipes and brush then I sent the request telling them i received the packed and it is not as described there are missing items so they sent the driver to come and collect their package yesterday i got a call from them telling me that they are sending the driver to come and collect the accessories otherwise they wont refund me.....the reason i returned the package it was because there were no accessories now they demanding them from me
