Take a lot is a joke

All I wanted was a brand new mini sewing machine. What terrible service, I ordered a brand new showing machine at R260 and chose to pick it up from their warehouse which was R25 so in total I paid R285. What I got was a used machine, with a broken box, the machine was already threaded and their was a dirty piece of stitched fabric in the machine. The pedals had residue sticky paper (which was pulled off) on it. All I wanted was a replacement, I ordered a new machine and all I wanted was what I ordered. Instead they refund me with R260 in credit without emailing me or sending me any notification. I found out by chance. When did their service become so terrible.
