Take a lot is a failed system

I placed an order for a cell phone and it said to pay immediately for next day delivery. Next i get sms to say that it will take 5 days to be delivered. On the fifth day i get the delivery and it was wrong phone in the box. Apparently you can do do thing via website and not call someone. I placed request for pick upi and after three days they picked, Now i get sms to say they first have to get item in ware house to say what next steps are. Very disappointing service. What was supposed to take one day is actually taking two weeks to sort. Rather not support Takealot any more as they take a lot of time and cant get their act together.
